UK ORDERS

For UK orders we use DPD or DHL for delivery. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an automatic email notification, including tracking details.

If your wheels are in stock we aim to have them shipped within a couple of days of your order being placed.

If the model isn’t in stock when you place your order, the product page will give an estimated shipping date. Note that we will continue to update availability for new orders, however your shipping estimate will not change unless we contact you directly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use a range of shipping providers for our international orders. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an automatic email notification, including tracking details.

EU ORDERS

All orders are dispatched from the UK, however we have aimed to remove as much uncertainty as possible for our riders by including all sales tax (VAT) and import duties within the prices shown on our website. We guarantee for any wheelset order that there will be no additional costs to pay when receiving your wheels.

For small items and accessories (order value < €150), there may be import charges to pay prior to delivery. These will be collected on behalf of your local authorities by the shipping company.

AUSTRALIA ORDERS

All orders are dispatched from the UK, however all pricing shown on the website includes GST. We guarantee for any wheelset order that there will be no additional costs to pay when receiving your wheels.

For small items and accessories (order value < AU$400), there may be import charges to pay prior to delivery. These will be collected on behalf of your local authorities by the shipping company.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All pricing shown on the International site excludes VAT, however does include the increased logistical costs of higher shipping costs, transaction and currency fees incurred and additional admin costs for international shipping.

Please note that any International order may be liable for import charges on delivery. These charges are imposed by local authorities so if you have any concerns please check before placing an order. By placing an order for International delivery you acknowledge these charges. Orders that are returned to us due to unpaid import charges may incur a restocking fee.
