RETURNS

Under the Consumers Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods, in this case date of delivery. After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have a right to a repair of replacement under our warranty policy.​

Returns are processed as followed:

  • Products must be in unused/unridden condition. This does not include fitting to the bike
  • Products must be packed in original packaging or equivalent
  • Products should be shipped on a tracked and insured service. Please note that Parcours cannot be held liable for loss of goods in transit for a return
  • The customer will be refunded within a maximum of 10 working days of Parcours receiving the returned product

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom wheelsets cannot be returned under the Consumer Rights Act so all returns will be at the discretion of Parcours. If you wish to return or cancel a custom wheelset, please get in touch.

Note that custom wheelsets are defined as any order that includes one (or more) of:

  • Custom graphics
  • Custom hubs (not including ceramic bearing upgrades)
